This Ecma Technical Report TR/17 is a compilation of data made available by the PTTs listed below. It brings into one volume the essential data regarding the requirements for obtaining approval to connect apparatus to the network – “Permission to Connect”. It is believed to be up to date as of June 1983. Comments and amendments should be sent to Ecma International.
